Upon completion of our communities and developments a professional management team is contracted to oversee the day to day running of the properties. Depending on the size of the development a full time property manager will be in residence along with a team of gardeners, pool maintenance person and cleaners.
Oversight of the management team is provided by a steering committee originally set up by the developer but ultimately comprising of volunteer homeowners once the title deeds to the community are prepared. An initial budget is set by the steering committee for the first year of operations and transparent accounts produced for all homeowners. This budget is then adjusted during the second year and all services reviewed. The budget will include the cost of all services such as lighting, water supply, pool maintenance, gardening and the provision of building and third party insurance covering common areas. The steering committee is a none profit organization with sole function of maintaining the common areas of the development.

In order to satisfy our homeowner’s requests for increased rental occupation Universal Vacations are pleased to announce a joint marketing initiative with The Villa Company Travel Ltd. for the 2008 holiday season.
Both companies have over twenty five years experience in the management and marketing of holiday homes and the partnership will combine both traditional links to the travel industry, plus web based operations. The Villa Company currently markets properties in Florida, The Algarve, France, Spain, Italy and will be adding Cyprus to it’s portfolio for 2008. By opening its own liaison office in Cyprus, The Villa Company will be able to work closely with homeowners and also provide a personal service for its clients.
